Community Engagement Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Enhance and expand Jerry's organic presence on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a community-specific engagement strategy for Jerry, detailing optimal times for posting, responding, or remaining silent.

• Cultivate Jerry’s subreddits into vibrant and trustworthy communities.

• Develop scalable content and engagement strategies that maintain authenticity while effectively utilizing AI when appropriate.

• Collaborate with the Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across all communication channels.

• Assess sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and citation by LLMs.

• Represent Jerry with authenticity and build trust among existing and prospective users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.

• Preferably experienced in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-oriented and/or regulated sector.

• Skilled in platform-specific writing styles tailored for Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.

• Capable of delivering genuine value and fostering trust within online communities.

• Knowledgeable in SEO and how LLMs reference sources.

• Demonstrated ability to make typically dull or stressful topics feel relatable, authentic, and engaging.

• Must be eligible to work legally in the U.S. or Canada.

• Currently residing in one of the eligible locations: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
