Community Engagement Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and expand Jerry's organic visibility on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a community-specific engagement playbook for Jerry, detailing optimal times to post, respond, or remain silent.

• Transform Jerry's subreddits into vibrant, trusted communities.

• Develop scalable content and engagement strategies that maintain authenticity while effectively utilizing AI when applicable.

• Work in collaboration with the Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across all channels.

• Analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and citation from LLMs.

• Represent Jerry with integrity and foster trust among both current and prospective users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.

• Ideally, experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-oriented and/or regulated industries.

• Deep understanding of the cultures surrounding Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.

• Capability to write in an authentic manner, steering clear of corporate jargon.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and how LLMs reference sources.

• Proven track record of making seemingly dull or challenging categories engaging, authentic, and appealing to follow.

• Proficiency in establishing systems and scalable engagement strategies.

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
