This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.
• Act as a local representative and community liaison for CIEE BridgeUSA initiatives.
• Discover and nurture new partnerships with host employers to facilitate participant placements.
• Increase awareness of CIEE programs and the significance of international exchange within the community.
• Assist in outreach efforts to host employers by identifying businesses eager to engage in seasonal exchange programs.
• Organize quarterly community engagement events that include host employers, participants, and community partners.
• Keep consistent communication with internal CIEE teams regarding employer feedback, community trends, and potential partnership opportunities.
• A well-established network of employers and community connections within your area.
• Proven experience in community engagement, partnership development, business outreach, or sales support.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Previous experience in coordinating events, community initiatives, or stakeholder engagement activities is preferred.
• Knowledge of seasonal employment programs, hospitality, tourism, or international exchange programs is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for cultural exchange, international education, and CIEE’s mission.
