Community Development Consultant – On Call, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including public housing authorities.

• Provide education and clarify Federal rule requirements for grantees.

• Create and present training sessions, conference presentations, workshops, and webinars.

• Lead technical assistance engagements.

• Assist in the design of tools and the preparation of reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• At least 10 years of expertise in HUD programs.

• Proven track record in developing and conducting trainings, workshops, and webinars.
