This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including public housing authorities and HUD Community Planning and Development (CPD) grantees.

• Emphasize the education and clarification of Federal rule requirements to grantees/subrecipients regarding Section 3 and labor mandates.

• Create and deliver training sessions, conference presentations, workshops, and webinars.

• Provide technical assistance, either face-to-face or through virtual platforms.

• Assist in the creation of tools, preparation of reports, and formulation of policy guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Planning, Public Policy, Government, or a related field, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• At least 10 years of expertise in HUD programs, with a thorough understanding of Section 3 and Davis-Bacon requirements.

• Proven track record in developing and leading trainings, workshops, and webinars; conducting program assessments and evaluations; facilitating sessions, and public speaking to diverse audiences.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% may be necessary.
