Community & Developer Ops Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist with ongoing recruitment initiatives for key AI/RLHF clients

• Aid in managing the G2i pipeline, including inbound applications, sourcing, and testing coordination

• Conduct introductory and screening meetings with developers as needed

• Execute candidate-facing campaigns: onboarding, identity checks, contract signing, deactivations, and reactivations

• Support developer onboarding for new contracts and project ramp-ups

• Help establish and maintain talent pools and shortlists for ongoing client requirements

• Oversee multi-channel communications across Slack, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email

• Manage shared inboxes — prioritizing, drafting responses, and escalating issues as appropriate

• Implement outreach campaigns using tools to engage multiple members simultaneously

• Assist in planning, promoting, hosting, and following up on community events: AMAs, Happy Hours, developer sessions, and hackathons

• Build and sustain a pipeline of speakers

• Welcome new members to Slack and ensure community channels remain active and engaging

• Support and develop additional community initiatives

• Maintain documentation, FAQs, and shared resources with great attention to detail

• Update Canva assets and templates as needed

• Create and enhance processes that minimize errors and boost efficiency

• Provide end-to-end support for special projects

• Good judgment in determining when to act independently versus seeking consultation

• Maintains quality standards even under high volume

• Experience in recruiting operations, talent coordination, or technical sourcing (preferred)

• Background in developer communities, technical ecosystems, or AI/ML-related work (preferred)

• Familiarity with Ashby, HireFlix, or similar ATS/interview platforms (preferred)

• Proven experience in successfully managing virtual events (AMAs, hackathons, panels) (preferred)

• Experience in content creation (LinkedIn posts, video highlights, written recaps) (preferred)
