This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Create communication materials that support the enterprise's innovation, research, and development strategy along with related implementation activities.
• Write, edit, and format governance documents, decision memoranda, briefings, reports, meeting materials, fact sheets, and executive correspondence.
• Manage content on the client intranet and program website, as well as Microsoft Teams sites, SharePoint sites, and other authorized collaboration platforms.
• Assess PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat documents for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to client writing, branding, and communication guidelines.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, public affairs, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technical writing, editing, or strategic communications.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Proven ability to distill complex technical or policy information for executive and stakeholder audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a federal setting.
