This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive communication strategies that support Provider Revalidation initiatives.

• Develop, edit, and maintain communications directed at providers, including emails, letters, presentations, and FAQs.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders to ensure communications are precise, timely, and compliant with client and regulatory standards.

• Organize campaigns aimed at enhancing provider awareness, engagement, and timely completion of revalidation processes.

• Ensure that communications are timely, focused on the audience, measurable, and aligned with the organization's goals.

• Assess the effectiveness of communications and adapt strategies to improve provider outreach and operational efficiency.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, business leaders, and client stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple communication projects while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.

• Function independently with minimal oversight.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing strategic communications plans within healthcare, managed care, provider relations, or healthcare operations settings.

• Exceptional written, verbal, editing, and proofreading abilities.

• Capability to convey complex information in a clear manner.

• Strong project management and organizational competencies.

• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Skills in collaborating with stakeholders.

• Experience in supporting healthcare, Medicaid, provider operations, or other highly regulated sectors is advantageous.

• Proven success in managing provider-facing communications across various channels and stakeholder groups.
