This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop, implement, and sustain systems that enhance and guide patient engagement, encompassing patient texting, patient portal, patient form intake, appointment waitlists, appointment recalls, and bulk patient communications.
• Oversee staff access and resolve issues related to relevant systems.
• Execute implementation projects as required.
• Establish and report on defined targets and success metrics for both ongoing and new projects.
• Collaborate with Leadership across Operations, IT, Billing, and Infusion to align responsibilities.
• Ensure a unified communication strategy between AARA and LSARA.
• Monitor and track enrollments in the patient portal.
• Enhance digital patient engagement.
• Supervise staff adoption of processes.
• Create and update relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Track, monitor, and facilitate mass communications to patients.
• Conduct strategic planning activities.
• Generate and analyze trends related to areas of responsibility.
• Strong time management skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience is preferred.
