Communications Lead – Private Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive service and relationship management for clients, guaranteeing top-notch work quality and client satisfaction.

• Engage with senior stakeholders, offering consultancy and strategic guidance through meetings, workshops, and calls.

• Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to provide holistic solutions that cater to client requirements, including digital, CX, and Education.

• Create and execute retirement communication strategies that align with broader business objectives.

• Supervise project and campaign planning to ensure alignment with the strategic goals of clients.

• Maintain the quality and precision of project outputs, particularly intricate copy and communication materials.

• Enhance communication ROI through measurement, analytics, and actionable insights.

• Foster client profitability and growth by proactively managing risks and addressing problems.

• Manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, offering mentorship and coaching.

• Assess and monitor team performance to ensure ongoing improvement and success.

• Build strong relationships both internally and externally to facilitate effective consulting and collaboration with clients.

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, advocating for our services and driving business growth.

• Address conflicts proactively, striving for solutions that satisfy all involved stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the pension sector.

• Experience in a communications team managing your own client portfolio, whether in-house or with a provider.

• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple, complex projects under tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management, delivery leadership, and commercial planning.

• Strong consulting capabilities, including proactive problem-solving, active listening, and a collaborative approach.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
