Communications Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of cohesive communication strategies.

• Simplify intricate technical and scientific ideas into understandable narratives.

• Enhance the visibility of executives and subject-matter experts.

• Create messaging frameworks, narrative platforms, and editorial materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in brand, corporate, strategic communications, or similar positions.

• Extensive experience in leading brand, corporate, and enterprise communication projects.

• Demonstrated ability to convert complex technical or scientific ideas into clear and engaging messages tailored to various audiences.

• Outstanding writing and editing abilities across multiple formats.

• Recognized as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and subject-matter experts.

• Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating within a matrixed organization.

• Strong leadership skills in project management.

• Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving results.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
