Communications Designer, Developer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the visual identity for developer-focused platforms across dev.nebius.com, the AI Builder Program, social media, events, promotional items, and the developer community.

• Create designs for meetups, hackathons, conference representation, event settings, and developer-centric merchandise.

• Design web pages, materials for developer programs, visuals for campaigns, and social media content tailored for technical audiences.

• Convert benchmarks, GPU specifications, pricing information, and architecture diagrams into visually appealing and comprehensible graphics.

• Generate AI templates and guidelines that empower the DevRel team to create on-brand materials efficiently.

• Engage in open collaboration with the DevRel and content teams through swift concept development, iteration, and delivery.

• Function as a member of the Design team integrated with DevRel to enhance Nebius’s brand presence among AI and software developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing marketing materials for developers, including launch pages, developer program websites, campaigns, event visuals, and technical content.

• Familiarity with AI builders, ML engineers, DevOps, inference and platform teams, as well as developers transitioning into AI.

• Capability to assess developer-centric brands and articulate why their marketing resonates with technical audiences.

• Experience in designing for physical spaces and events, including booths, signage, environments, printed materials, and promotional items.

• Knowledge of print technologies, materials, and production limitations; ability to take designs from concept to final production.

• A system-first approach and the ability to develop scalable visual languages.

• Current knowledge of AI tools and a strong critical assessment of AI-generated outcomes.

• Proficient in layout, composition, and information design skills, including typography, grids, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to clearly articulate and justify design choices, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly.

• Enthusiasm for defining an AI cloud brand for its users.
