This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic advisor for communications related to employee benefits, overseeing the process from conceptualization to execution.
• Collaborate with C&E colleagues, EPIC account teams, and clients to formulate communication strategies, create content, and develop campaign plans.
• Produce clear, engaging, and impactful communications across various channels, including digital, print, and in-person formats.
• Simplify complex benefits information into straightforward messaging that encourages employee engagement and action.
• Ensure all content adheres to high editorial standards and is tailored for both the intended audience and delivery method.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently, setting priorities and workflows to guarantee prompt and precise delivery.
• Work closely with and supervise third-party vendors involved in print, digital, and online communication projects.
• Play an integral role in developing, maintaining, and managing content libraries and communication resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8 years of experience in communications, with a strong emphasis on employee benefits or experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in a client-facing or consultative role.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
