Communications Business Partner, Water Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Acting as the senior communications advisor and main communications partner to the President and their leadership team within the Water Quality segment, creating strategies and implementing both internal and external communications initiatives to support business and personnel objectives.

• Collaborating with leaders from the Communications Center of Excellence (CoE) across various functions (media relations, associate communications, brand, public affairs, etc.) to bring communication strategies to fruition and enhance value for Veralto’s Operating Companies in the Water Quality sector.

• Contributing to the Veralto brand by articulating a cohesive Water Quality narrative and highlighting how these Operating Companies align with Veralto’s Unifying Purpose – Safeguarding the World’s Most Vital Resources™.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of diverse communications experience across various disciplines, including both internal and external communications.

• Proven experience advising senior leaders on leveraging communications to achieve business objectives.

• A clear focus on the business impacts of communications, extending beyond mere execution.

• Experience navigating complex, interrelated business requirements.

• Capability to evaluate effective strategies, implement learnings, and foster ongoing improvement.
