This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist the Center of Excellence for Culture and Employee Experience team in the planning and execution of programs such as #1ANDRITZway, Engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, while collaborating and gaining insights into ongoing initiatives.
• Help organize and create content for training and internal programs, including presentations, videos, manuals, etc., covering everything from scriptwriting to publishing/execution, as well as managing and recording attendance lists.
• Facilitate the collection and organization of engagement survey data and support the Global Inclusion Program to update the team's indicators.
• Aid in the planning, execution, and promotion of internal campaigns, culture and engagement initiatives, and events, contributing to the development of visual materials and written content while ensuring alignment with internal communication identity and tone.
• Assist in coordinating with the external communications agency by submitting requests, monitoring deliverables, and reviewing materials.
• Support reporting efforts by collecting and organizing communication data (engagement, reach, employee feedback, etc.) for preliminary analyses.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly and adaptively in writing, with the capability to modify language, tone, and format for various internal audiences.
• Competence in creating and editing basic content, including text, presentations, announcements, and training materials.
• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Public Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (from the 3rd semester onward).
