This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Oversee the marketing strategy, promotional efforts, and communications development for a major national Plan Sponsor.
• Create annual promotional strategies that reflect the needs, desires, and overall communications strategy of the client’s population.
• Identify and integrate various communication channels into promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with resource group contacts, Wellness Champions, client vendors, medical leads, and specific client teams.
• Develop communications addressing mental well-being and clinical subjects, including depression, anxiety, stress, substance use, suicide, and mental health awareness.
• Generate vendor ecards, flyers, monthly promotional materials, service descriptions, website content, toolkits, newsletters, service tiles, resource guides, brochures, and other promotional items.
• Create customized monthly communications for operations teams, managers, HR, resource groups, and employees.
• Develop standardized monthly communications and materials for benefit fairs.
• Review and suggest annual updates for content, calendars, toolkits, messaging cards, promotional materials, giveaways, and service sheets.
• Present content and materials to the client during working sessions and ongoing internal and external meetings.
• Create custom content for urgent and crisis-related situations with a same-day or 1–2-day turnaround time.
• Coordinate translations and develop tailored local resources in collaboration with operations teams.
• Attend onsite meetings and events for clients as needed.
• Conduct meetings focused on communications, health fairs, monthly utilization reporting, website usage tracking, QR-code tracking, and UTM tracking.
• Work with the engagement team to brainstorm new content materials.
• Meet tight deadlines for urgent requests outside of standard turnaround times.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Proficient writing skills.
• Experience in organizational management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience in promotions and planning.
• Preferred qualifications include a marketing-focused certification, degree, or equivalent experience.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Ability to work in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones is preferred by the hiring team.
