This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

đź“‹ Description

• Promote the GUS France Group’s educational institutions—SCBS, the School of Tourism, and the School of Design—to the wider community.

• Assist in defining and executing both internal and external communication strategies along with media and non-media plans in France and abroad.

• Develop and oversee websites, social media platforms, SEO, and SEA initiatives.

• Write, edit, and manage both web and offline content, encompassing digital and multimedia assets.

• Lead projects focused on website redesign and development.

• Create photo and video content, which includes shooting and post-production editing.

• Support marketing and recruitment events such as direct marketing campaigns, trade shows, forums, and open days.

• Coordinate with external providers for web, communication, video production, and printing services.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and digital trends.

• Offer technical communication support to internal departments.

• Generate regular activity reports and track performance metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Communication Strategy or Marketing.

• Extensive experience in a comparable role.

• Advanced skills in CMS platforms, social media, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.

• Strong grasp of digital culture, digital marketing, and social media dynamics.

• Proficiency in design and editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, or similar tools.

• Excellent command of the French language with robust writing and editorial abilities.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Project management capabilities, including setting specifications, project monitoring, and supplier coordination.

• Familiarity with the competitive landscape of business schools is a significant advantage.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• A creative and proactive mindset.

• Versatility and independence in work.

• Capacity to meet deadlines with a strong sense of responsiveness.

• A meticulous, detail-oriented, and conscientious approach.

• Strong time management skills and adherence to deadlines.

• Proficient research skills and capability in technology monitoring.
