This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Promote the educational institutions of GUS France Group—SCBS, the School of Tourism, and the School of Design—to the public.

• Assist in defining and executing both internal and external communication strategies, which encompass media and non-media plans, both in France and globally.

• Develop and oversee websites, social media platforms, as well as SEO and SEA initiatives.

• Write, edit, and manage both online and offline content, including digital and multimedia resources.

• Lead projects focused on website redesign and development.

• Create photo and video content, which includes shooting and post-production editing.

• Support marketing and recruitment initiatives, such as direct marketing campaigns, trade shows, forums, and open days.

• Coordinate with external web, communication, video production, and printing service providers.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and digital trends.

• Provide technical communication assistance to internal departments.

• Generate regular reports on activities and track performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Communication Strategy or Marketing.

• Substantial experience in a comparable position.

• Advanced skills in CMS platforms, social media, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.

• Strong knowledge of digital culture, digital marketing, and social media.

• Proficiency in design and editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.

• Excellent command of French with strong writing and editorial capabilities.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Project management abilities, including specifications, project oversight, and supplier coordination.

• Familiarity with the competitive landscape of business schools is a significant asset.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Creative and proactive mindset.

• Versatile and self-sufficient.

• Capacity to meet deadlines and demonstrate promptness.

• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and conscientious approach.

• Strong time management skills and adherence to deadlines.

• Ability to conduct research and maintain technological awareness.
