This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with a key supplier to oversee, prioritize, execute, and address issues that hinder manufacturing, rework, and timely delivery based on established schedules.
• Create, implement, and uphold supplier product execution and delivery timelines.
• Relay challenges, actions, responsibilities, and requirements across various levels within Raytheon and the supplier.
• Facilitate the completion of Raytheon-owned tasks by fostering relationships.
• Ensure the resolution of supplier-owned tasks by establishing trust and effectively communicating Raytheon’s priorities.
• Cultivate relationships with supplier counterparts and executives to enhance supplier performance and align execution with future business priorities.
• Address material, technical, and resource challenges leveraging manufacturing experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams that oversee supplier delivery and quality performance.
• Enhance supplier delivery performance and confirm that suppliers meet contracted business objectives.
• Proactively identify and efficiently address operational, contractual, sourcing, and technical issues.
• Participate in internal and external meetings via Zoom.
• Travel domestically 25–50% of the time.
• A university degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain the necessary export authorizations.
• In-depth knowledge of operations, program management, and supply chain management.
• Proven ability to lead across functional and organizational boundaries.
• Capable of performing duties with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in understanding organizational goals, formulating plans, and identifying tactical tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence within a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in developing suppliers and enhancing performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Experience in the Electronic Commodity sector.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, team-building, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead and conduct executive-level reviews and briefings.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% domestically.
• Experience in the defense industry and familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements.
• Leadership experience in program management, commodity management, supplier performance management, and/or procurement.
• Knowledge of leading and managing supply chain processes, projects, and tactics.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Program Management, and Engineering.
