Commission Sales Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Finalize life insurance sales with families that have previously expressed interest.

• Utilize warm leads from our proprietary platform instead of cold prospecting.

• Identify suitable insurance options from various carriers.

• Develop and expand a business portfolio through annual policy renewals.

• Opportunity to build teams and earn override commissions.

• Adhere to the established sales process and be receptive to coaching and guidance.

• Provide production history and income-cap responses during the application process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

• Demonstrated sales experience, particularly in real estate, solar, mortgage and lending, auto, B2B, SaaS, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, financial services, banking, wealth management, or insurance.

• Coachable with a readiness to follow the defined system.

• Capability to work independently without close supervision.

• Professional communication skills and integrity in closing deals.

• Must be a current resident of the U.S.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Must reside within the United States.

• Life insurance license is required to write business; candidates who are already licensed can be contracted within days.

• Unlicensed candidates must complete licensing, typically within 2–4 weeks.
