Commercial/Tech Transactions Attorney

📋 Description

• Assist in a systematic asset acquisition process primarily focused on Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), associated documentation, validation materials, and limited enabling software.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements related to these acquisitions.

• Collaborate closely with legal, clinical, technical, and business teams to facilitate acquisition-related activities.

• Manage the transactional aspects of acquisition tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of pertinent legal practice experience.

• Experience in structured asset acquisitions, commercial agreements, and technology transactions.

• Knowledge of transactional work involving intangible assets.

• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal, clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
