Commercial/SLED Sales Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve and surpass sales targets.

• Establish clear sales objectives, KPIs, and performance standards.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue enhancement.

• Oversee key accounts and assist the team in securing high-value contracts.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver coaching and feedback.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to synchronize campaigns and offerings.

• Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the sales team.

• Ensure the consistent utilization of CRM tools.

• Actively engage in monitoring pipeline development, opportunity management/forecasting, and demand generation.

• Proactively oversee and uphold high standards of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning initiatives.

• Work closely with sales management colleagues to assess the quality of the sales process and prioritize areas for improvement.

• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

• Promote a culture of continuous process improvement to drive sales, revenue growth, and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated history of meeting quotas.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• Capability to build C-level relationships and comprehend fundamental business drivers.

• Proficiency in securing large multi-year IT annuity contracts.

• Familiarity with current industry CRM applications.

• Knowledge of OEM business processes and negotiating discount structures.

• Ability to showcase strong presentation skills and lead customer-facing meetings.
