This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the design, governance, and ongoing enhancement of onboarding programs and role-specific learning journeys for new commercial hires.
• Collaborate with field managers, FSTs, HR, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to align onboarding milestones, training expectations, and business objectives.
• Ensure that learners have access to necessary platforms, resources, and certifications throughout the onboarding process.
• Organize and deliver training classes for new hires while refining onboarding procedures.
• Design and oversee curricula related to disease state, product knowledge, market insights, and skill development across commercial teams.
• Create blended learning experiences that incorporate self-directed study, live facilitation, workshops, peer learning, role-play, and field application.
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person training events, including new hire training, workshops, launch training, certification sessions, and train-the-trainer meetings.
• Develop and sustain certification pathways for product knowledge, prescribing information, messaging, customer engagement, and core competencies.
• Simplify complex clinical, operational, and commercial topics into accessible learning experiences.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, medical, and field leadership to assess programs, pinpoint gaps, and enhance performance.
• Manage commercial training platforms and learning technologies, ensuring that content is accessible, compliant, relevant, and measurable.
• Utilize the LMS to create learning journeys, assign and monitor training, manage certifications, track progress, and generate reports.
• Incorporate AI-driven practice and coaching tools such as Cicero and other assessment platforms.
• Integrate training with IAM, CRM, Veeva, Salesforce, Field Data tools, Power BI, the corporate intranet, LinkedIn Learning, and other relevant platforms.
• Partner with Digital, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and IT on training for digital resources, approved content channels, CRM tools, dashboards, and field systems.
• Use training data, assessments, feedback, and business performance to refine the learning strategy.
• Design and execute training supporting launches, national meetings, POAs, tradeshows, in-services, and other strategic events.
• Develop readiness plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, and reinforcement tools.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and create facilitation strategies with application-based practice.
• Develop and manage assessments, quizzes, knowledge checks, observation tools, scorecards, and rubrics.
• Establish success metrics and feedback loops to evaluate training effectiveness and demonstrate business value.
• Reinforce learning through coaching, field application, and post-training support.
• Act as a strategic member of the commercial leadership team and influence training priorities.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Customer Experience, HR, Compliance, and Sales Operations.
• Ensure that training materials and activities comply with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review requirements and approved content standards.
• Oversee vendors, budgets, and project management related to training development, platforms, events, and learning initiatives.
• Create scalable, learner-centered, and business-relevant training experiences.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in commercial training, learning and development, enablement, or a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, radiopharmaceuticals, or regulated healthcare environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in curriculum design, adult learning principles, facilitation, assessment strategy, certification design, and learning measurement.
• Experience in developing and delivering onboarding, launch readiness, product training, and continuous capability-building programs.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, CRM platforms, Salesforce, Veeva, identity and access management (IAM) platforms, Field Data Tools, Power BI, LinkedIn Learning, and related technologies.
• Ability to leverage training data, learner feedback, and business insights to enhance programs and demonstrate effectiveness.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, facilitation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Understanding of Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes, promotional compliance, and interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Experience in oncology, nuclear medicine, cardiology, neurology, or related specialty areas is preferred.
• Experience in neurology, nuclear medicine, and/or diagnostics is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% as necessary.
