This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Delivers title services on a nationwide scale.
• Tasked with facilitating real estate transactions through exceptional customer service and proactive communication with both internal and external clients regarding title services.
• Collaborates with customers, attorneys, and lenders in an advisory role to address issues affecting title insurability prior to the closing of commercial transactions.
• Engages with clients and third parties to gather documentation necessary for resolving title-related matters, including missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or conflicting information in the title commitment, adhering to both internal and external policies and regulations.
• Adheres to established procedures and guidelines.
• Recognizes how assigned responsibilities correlate with those of others within the team and understands the team’s integration with related teams.
• Influences the team through the quality of support rendered.
• Identifies and resolves common issues; selects solutions from predefined options.
• Effectively communicates moderately complex information in routine scenarios, generally within the team.
• Operates under general supervision with limited discretion to alter approaches.
• Functions as an individual contributor without supervisory duties; manages personal workload efficiently.
• Executes all additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• A high school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Generally requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
