This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Delivers nationwide title services

• Aids in real estate transactions by researching public records and assessing property titles

• Compiles, reviews, and analyzes public and tax records to assess liabilities and the legal status of titles

• Produces precise and thorough title commitments in line with company examining and policy standards

• Adheres to established procedures and guidelines

• Recognizes the relationship of assigned tasks with the broader team objectives

• Influences team effectiveness through the quality of support rendered

• Identifies and addresses common issues; chooses solutions from predefined options

• Conveys moderately complex information in typical scenarios

• Operates under general supervision

• High school diploma mandatory; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Generally requires over 2 years of relevant work experience
