β’ Outline project objectives, create structured methodologies, and assist clients in navigating complex commercial issues
β’ Perform hypothesis-driven analyses β identifying the problem, crafting the analytical strategy, and consolidating findings into precise recommendations
β’ Communicate with BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front) clarity to both technical and executive stakeholders
β’ Grasp the strategic "why" behind client requests and convert vague business requirements into clear analytical agendas
β’ Deliver Strategy, Insights & Commercial Planning
β’ Design and implement qualitative and quantitative analyses to tackle brand strategy, market sizing, segmentation, and commercial effectiveness inquiries
β’ Integrate insights from primary research, secondary data, and ODAIA's AI platform into comprehensive, insight-rich deliverables
β’ Assist in pipeline strategy and launch planning β encompassing competitive analysis, opportunity assessment, go-to-market strategies, and targeting frameworks
β’ Facilitate Dynamic Targeting and Segmentation to enhance commercial execution and HCP engagement
β’ Establish success metrics, monitor ROI, and present findings through structured QBRs and executive briefings
β’ Apply Data & Analytical Depth
β’ Evaluate client data maturity, workflows, and analytics infrastructure to create tailored solutions
β’ Utilize health and claims data, prescribing information, and market research to perform thorough, insight-driven analyses
β’ Analyze and apply prescribing metrics β including NBRx (New-to-Brand Prescriptions) and TRx (Total Prescriptions) datasets β to evaluate brand performance, monitor launch trends, and pinpoint HCP targeting prospects
β’ Ensure adherence to data quality, privacy, and regulatory standards in all deliverables
β’ Possess a working knowledge of omnichannel strategies, Next Best Action (NBA) orchestration, and AI-enabled CRM workflows (Veeva/Salesforce)
β’ Drive Engagement & Account Success
β’ Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with commercial, analytics, and leadership stakeholders at client organizations
β’ Align cross-functional interactions between the client and ODAIA to maintain consistent strategic direction
β’ Proactively identify growth opportunities and deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle
β’ Manage Structured, High-Impact Projects
β’ Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, and project governance across multi-workstream initiatives
β’ Handle timelines, risks, and dependencies while conducting effective, outcome-driven client meetings and workshops
β’ Collaborate with internal ODAIA teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) to translate client feedback into platform and roadmap priorities
β’ Enable Change & Adoption
β’ Facilitate organizational and process transformation within client commercial teams, aiding transitions to data-driven decision-making
β’ Educate stakeholders on analytical methodologies, best practices, and ODAIA's AI-powered functionalities
β’ Ensure successful onboarding from sales handoff through to sustained adoption and value realization
β’ Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a client-facing analytics role β preferably within life sciences, pharma, or healthcare (e.g., Engagement Manager, Consultant, etc.)
β’ Strong understanding of commercial pharma: brand strategy, market access, launch planning, competitive intelligence, or commercial excellence
β’ Proven ability to structure ambiguous challenges, develop rigorous analyses, and distill findings into actionable insights
β’ Experience managing multi-stakeholder engagements with a high level of independence and accountability
β’ Excellent communication skills β capable of crafting engaging narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Access, or equivalent); hands-on experience with prescribing datasets such as NBRx, TRx, and NRx; familiarity with visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI) and life sciences data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, claims data)
β’ Familiarity with AI-powered platforms, predictive analytics, or digital commercial tools is a significant advantage
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, or a related discipline
