This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in transforming the commercial organization through customer segmentation, designing go-to-market models, developing sales strategies, and performing customer analytics.
• Propel commercial strategy by utilizing commercial analytics, producing executive reports, and gathering market insights that highlight growth opportunities, client trends, and strategic focus areas.
• Create scalable dashboards, performance metrics, and account intelligence frameworks that facilitate commercial decision-making for Client Success and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze and consolidate market, client, adoption, and revenue data to provide actionable insights and forward-looking business recommendations.
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation, whitespace, and competitive analysis to aid in strategic planning and prioritization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, Finance, Product, Business Intelligence, and Data teams to enhance alignment in forecasting, planning, and commercial priorities.
• Design and implement standardized reporting, analytics frameworks, and planning methodologies that enhance consistency and scalability across teams.
• Promote the adoption and enablement of dashboards, tools, and analytics capabilities to enhance visibility, decision-making, and execution.
• Continuously refine reporting workflows, data quality, and insight delivery processes to bolster operational efficiency and business impact.
• Assist in forecasting and demand planning processes by providing accurate, insight-driven analytics and standardized inputs.
• Track commercial performance trends, client engagement signals, and revenue pacing to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop methodologies and tracking systems to assess business performance, account health, and strategic progress.
• Convert analytics into clear recommendations and action plans that support client growth, commercial performance, and operational priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; 15 years of equivalent experience will be accepted in place of a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in commercial strategy, business intelligence, revenue operations, analytics, management consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience in supporting commercial planning, forecasting, account strategy, client success operations, and/or revenue performance initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a background in interpreting commercial, client, operational, and financial data to guide business decisions and strategic recommendations.
• Experience in developing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics that assist executive decision-making.
• Proven ability to distill complex data into clear insights, action plans, and business recommendations.
• Solid understanding of forecasting methodologies, commercial performance tracking, and operational planning processes.
• Experience in cross-functional partnerships with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and achieve alignment across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, communication, and execution abilities with the capacity to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in enhancing operational processes, reporting workflows, and analytics adoption across organizations.
