• Establish and enhance relationships with customers.

• Degree in Life Sciences or Business.
• Demonstrated experience in account management within Life Sciences, Biotech, or pharmaceutical fields.
• Knowledge of drug development processes, particularly related to Monoclonal Antibodies.
• Proficient in pinpointing key call points throughout the drug development process.
• Strong understanding of key roles within biotech companies, including CMOs and CROs.
• Proven track record of consistent revenue growth and exceeding sales objectives.
• Technical know-how in drug development.
• Practical experience in stakeholder engagement and KOL management.
