This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive programmatic development for commercial and GBS launch readiness initiatives that enhance revenue for Stripe.
• Oversee and direct large-scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs that have a significant impact across Stripe.
• Assist in the commercial program deal motion by collaborating with Deal Pricing and/or Deal Strategy Strategists, sellers, and internal stakeholders to create tailored commercial solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, sales leaders, services/support teams, product teams, and other departments to design, implement, and expand the commercial program.
• Recognize, highlight, and address widespread systemic issues and gaps, proposing comprehensive solutions to tackle root causes.
• Navigate and suggest innovative solutions for complex programmatic challenges.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Service Teams, to eliminate internal obstacles.
• Independently lead large-scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs that have a Stripe-wide reach, often being first-of-their-kind initiatives.
• Manage and direct a highly intricate program that demands significant resources and extensive functional and technical integration expertise.
• Assist in the commercial program deal motion by collaborating with Deal Pricing and/or Deal Strategy Strategists, sellers, and internal stakeholders to create tailored commercial solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, sales leaders, services/support teams, product teams, and other departments to design, implement, and expand the commercial program, continually evolving Stripe's market approach to support commercialization efforts.
• Recognize, highlight, and address widespread systemic issues and gaps, proposing comprehensive solutions to tackle root causes.
• Navigate and propose innovative solutions for complex programmatic challenges at scale across Go-To-Market and Stripe.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Service Teams to resolve and eliminate internal obstacles.
• Provide coaching to other members of the Commercial Solutions team, identifying areas for skill enhancement across the function.
• Serve as a liaison within Sales, Deal Pricing, Deal Strategy Strategists, and other stakeholders for customized elements.
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and exercises that aid the leadership team in optimizing their effectiveness both within the team and across the organization.
• Advocate for a position and swiftly achieve cross-functional alignment on that position.
• Quickly establish credibility and trust with internal stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and persuasion abilities.
• Lead projects aimed at resolving existing commercialization challenges.
