• Oversee the comprehensive programmatic development of commercial and GBS launch readiness initiatives that drive revenue for Stripe.
• Manage and direct large-scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs that have a significant impact across Stripe.
• Support the commercial program deal motion by collaborating with Deal Pricing and/or Deal Strategy Strategists, sellers, and internal stakeholders to devise tailored commercial strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams, sales leaders, services/support teams, product teams, and cross-functional groups to develop, launch, and expand the commercial program.
• Identify, highlight, and address systemic, widespread issues and gaps, proposing comprehensive solutions to tackle root causes.
• Navigate through and propose innovative solutions for complex programmatic challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Service Teams to eliminate internal obstacles.
• Independently spearhead large-scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs that have a Stripe-wide impact, often being first-of-their-kind initiatives.
• Manage and lead a highly intricate program that necessitates substantial resources and a deep understanding of complex functional and technical integrations.
• Support the commercial program deal motion by working alongside Deal Pricing and/or Deal Strategy Strategists, sellers, and internal stakeholders to create customized commercial strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, sales leaders, services/support teams, product teams, and other groups to develop, launch, and scale the commercial program (continuously evolving Stripe's market approach) to aid commercialization efforts.
• Identify, highlight, and act on systemic, broad issues and gaps, suggesting holistic solutions to address underlying causes.
• Navigate and propose innovative solutions for complex programmatic challenges at scale across Go-To-Market and Stripe.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Accounting, Service Teams, Product Teams, etc., to resolve and eliminate internal barriers.
• Provide coaching to other members of the Commercial Solutions team, identifying areas for skill enhancement across the function.
• Serve as a liaison among Sales, Deal Pricing, Deal Strategy Strategists, and other stakeholders for custom components.
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and exercises that help the leadership team enhance their effectiveness both within their team and across the organization.
• Advocate for a position and swiftly achieve cross-functional alignment on that position.
• Rapidly establish credibility and trust with internal stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Lead initiatives aimed at resolving existing commercialization challenges.
