This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary escalation contact for intricate, high-touch client accounts, while advocating for post-sale activities related to in-lane, online, and private sales nationally.
• Review all charges recorded by the auction administrators at over 74 locations and the Posting and Procurement department for all sold records to ensure the accuracy of the fees.
• Calculate and record promotional expenses for both buyers and sellers in the relevant system and submit payment requests for all commercial sales across North America.
• Override Oracle holds for auction-approved payment requests and organize the request in the appropriate electronic folder for Internal Control audits.
• Create buyer gate releases using a web-based tool when vehicles are ready for release by assessing the buyer’s risk class, payment status, and vehicle availability.
• Work collaboratively with various internal and external clients, including less experienced Commercial Services Specialists, auction locations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, arbitration, cash applications, credit & collections, Dealshield, floorplan, mechanic shops, technology, title, and OVE/Private Store teams to effectively resolve cases involving incomplete work, posting discrepancies, payment reversals, or high-risk clients.
• Conduct thorough audits across 74+ auction locations and the Posting and Procurement department to ensure fee accuracy for nationwide sold transaction records for assigned high-touch, more complex client accounts.
• High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience, or an equivalent combination such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related field along with 5 years of experience; or 9 years of experience in a related area.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Prior experience in training and coaching others in a workplace setting is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
• Skills in Auto-IMS, Salesforce, and Vault are preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously to complete assignments within the parameters of given instructions, prescribed routines, and established practices.
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks with manual dexterity.
• Must maintain regular and punctual attendance in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
