This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Full entrepreneurial responsibility for the overall commercial performance of our software solutions
• Accountability for strategic positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging
• Converting B2B customer requirements into well-defined business cases
• Offering strategic insights on product development prioritization
• Close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Management (CSM)
• Several years of experience in Product Marketing Management, Business Development, or as a Commercial Product Manager within the B2B SaaS sector
• Proven track record of P&L responsibility
• Strong orientation towards sales and market dynamics
• Proficient in managing key performance indicators (ARR, Churn, Net Retention)
• Established skills in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Resilient and composed in demeanor
• Remote-first approach with flexible working hours — optional office in Berlin Mitte or the opportunity to spend up to 90 days per year outside of Germany
