This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets along with associated objectives.
• Build and sustain an active pipeline of both new and existing expansion accounts, focusing on opportunities that enable the achievement of quotas and maintain healthy margins through our solutions sales model.
• Oversee the sales process by gaining a comprehensive understanding of decision makers, necessary actions, and timelines required to finalize deals while accurately forecasting sales opportunities.
• Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with both potential and current customers, serving as a program partner and providing exceptional service while adding value in every interaction.
• Generate value around our complete range of offerings, which includes products (AEDs & accessories and first aid), solutions (program management and medical direction), and training (CPR/AED, active shooter, etc.), to enhance sales and boost loyalty and retention.
• Present a cohesive turnkey solution to prospects and customers.
• Inform customers and prospects about our solutions, focusing not only on features and benefits but also on the overarching purpose ("big why") of saving lives.
• Establish and maintain a solid working relationship and closely collaborate with our training and program management teams to ensure scheduling and follow-up are executed expertly and with high customer service standards.
• Acquire and sustain a comprehensive level of product knowledge, along with an understanding of regulations related to AEDs.
• Recognize industry trends and relevant competitive insights, providing feedback and input to the organization.
• Continuously prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet objectives.
• Regularly engage with sales leadership to stay informed about pipeline progress, address challenges and opportunities, negotiate sales and contracts, and ensure proper strategic direction.
• Accurately and promptly fulfill all administrative responsibilities, including order processing, CRM updates, expense reports, and any other documentation or reporting requested by sales leadership.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, in addition to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Perform other tasks or activities as necessary to meet individual, departmental, or company goals, or as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, including selling comprehensive solutions in the commercial sector.
• Proven track record of consistent and successful sales performance.
• Experience in multi-touchpoint and conceptual selling is preferred.
• Must possess insurability and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel (by car or air, including day trips and overnight stays) up to 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated capacity for creative and strategic thinking to address customer needs.
• Strong sales aptitude coupled with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and/or Google Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new technology/software programs.
• Outstanding professional communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong presentation capabilities.
• Proven ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
• Inquisitive, driven to succeed, and willing to challenge the status quo and ask insightful questions.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking.
• Proven ability to manage working relationships positively.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively with others.
