This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and mentor a team of 7-8 Account Executives.
• Take ownership of team performance, encompassing quota achievement and forecast precision.
• Implement a consistent weekly schedule for pipeline assessments, forecasting, and deal evaluations.
• Ensure representatives are actively building their pipeline and maintaining discipline in outbound efforts.
• Stay engaged with deals and assist representatives in enhancing their execution from initial conversation to closure.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure robust pipeline generation and conversion.
• Assist in refining target account strategies based on actual conversion rates rather than superficial metrics.
• Utilize HubSpot, Gong, and Outreach to maintain clear visibility into pipeline and representative activities.
• Provide direct coaching to representatives and elevate the standards for daily team execution.
• Minimum of 4 years in B2B SaaS sales.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading and coaching Account Executives is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quotas, ideally through team efforts.
• Familiarity with dynamic, outbound-focused sales environments.
• Ability to coach effectively in short sales cycles where speed and discipline are crucial.
• Experience selling to technical decision-makers is an advantage (DevOps, Security, or infrastructure teams).
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot (experience with Outreach and other tools is a bonus).
• Capable of enhancing representative performance rather than merely monitoring it.
