This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the growth of the business and enhance profitability.
• Supervise the strategic and commercial facets of operations.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to ensure profitability and uncover efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with ANDRITZ policies concerning Quotation Approval, Insurance, and Financing-related matters.
• Execute market research to discover and pursue new business opportunities, client leads, partnerships, or emerging market trends.
• Perform preliminary contract reviews and revise Terms and Conditions with Legal support, identifying commercial risks.
• Conduct risk assessments in collaboration with the Engineering and Sales teams.
• Negotiate client terms and manage Quotation Approvals for firm proposals in accordance with ANDRITZ policies.
• Analyze data and generate reports on business performance, KPIs, pricing, and trends.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in commercial and/or operational leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Significant experience with larger B2B projects in industrial applications.
• Preferred technical knowledge of plant engineering and construction.
• Familiarity with CRM software and skilled in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of contract terms used within engineering and construction industry contracts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal) for managing client relationships.
• Project management and leadership capabilities to coordinate teams and oversee operations.
• Strong financial literacy and comprehension of budgeting and forecasting.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Commercial insight combined with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work closely with the Sales team.
