Commercial Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work closely with sales teams to comprehend customer needs and create customized solutions that fulfill both business and technical requirements.

• Utilize MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks to effectively communicate and position products and services.

• Offer technical expertise in areas such as Kubernetes, serverless frameworks, Docker, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Promote best practices in cloud security and application security to technical decision-makers and security teams.

• Keep abreast of the competitive environment and industry developments.

• Engage with prospects to build enduring, trusted-advisor relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or a related technical sales role.

• Preference for experience focused on startup and midmarket clients.

• Proficiency and familiarity with MEDDPICC and similar sales methodologies.

• Technical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless solutions.

• Awareness of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.

• Understanding of cloud and container security practices.

• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
