This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of acquiring and expanding the Mid-Market commercial customer base, focusing significantly on on-net buildings and the existing network infrastructure.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies aimed at multi-tenant commercial properties, enterprise suites, and key business districts.
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from initial discovery and solution design to proposal, contract negotiation, and closure.
• Act as the primary commercial representative for a portfolio of high-value business accounts.
• Drive renewals, contract extensions, and revenue growth within existing customer accounts.
• Proactively oversee account health to minimize churn and maximize the long-term value of customers.
• Lead large-scale events and special project initiatives within commercial and venue settings.
• Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic customers and manage escalations.
• Maintain precise pipeline and forecasting for Mid-Market and strategic accounts.
• A minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong emphasis on Mid-Market growth and major commercial accounts.
• A proven history of selling within on-net or owned infrastructure environments and designated network footprints.
• Demonstrated success in closing high-value contracts ranging from $30K to over $250K in total contract value.
• Experience in managing renewals, expansions, and long-term customer portfolios.
• Data-driven, process-oriented, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced growth environment.
