Commercial Property Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a substantial volume of accounts payable and receivable, general ledgers, bank reconciliations, balance sheets, and financial statements independently.

• Generate precise monthly reports with a strong focus on detail.

• Ensure smooth month-end, quarterly, and annual closing processes for multi-entity accounting operations.

• Perform regular internal audits to uphold accuracy and compliance standards.

• Establish and sustain robust internal controls while providing valuable accounting insights.

• Leverage Yardi Voyager to enhance efficiency and accuracy in property accounting functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Property Accounting.

• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Yardi Voyager.

• Exceptional skills in Excel.

• Practical experience in smaller company environments.

• Previous involvement in third-party property management accounting is advantageous.
