This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exemplary leadership in commercial project management to facilitate integration, ensuring alignment, structure, and implementation of the commercial operating model and go-to-market strategy.
• Serve as the foundation of the commercial sub-team, guaranteeing structure and continuity.
• Oversee the comprehensive integration of the commercial workstream from start to finish.
• Foster alignment among stakeholders while ensuring teams remain on schedule.
• Compile and take ownership of the commercial integration and execution plan.
• Ensure the coordination, follow-up, and achievement of key milestones.
• Assist in launch planning and readiness initiatives.
• Provide global coordination with a focus on both the US and European markets.
• Ensure accountability among stakeholders, extending beyond mere coordination.
• Possess a strong commercial acumen and comprehension of go-to-market and launch settings.
• Over 10 years of experience in Project Management with a focus on Commercial Strategy, including the development of launch and growth strategies for pharmaceutical products.
• Demonstrated experience in Product launch management, ensuring readiness across supply chain, medical affairs, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams.
• Background in sales and marketing support—collaborate with sales teams to meet revenue objectives.
• Develop marketing campaigns and promotional content.
• Experience in forecasting and business planning: create sales forecasts and demand projections, and monitor product performance against targets.
• Strong understanding of Market access and pricing—assist in pricing and reimbursement strategies.
