Commercial Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Work in close collaboration with sales, brand, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.

• Effectively manage and process all incoming order requests to guarantee accuracy.

• Proactively maintain current pricing information and implement necessary promotions.

• Ensure that product and customer information in internal systems is accurate and complete.

• Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Offer extensive ordering and technical support to both internal users and external partners.

• Assist the sales team by accurately entering orders through internal systems.

• Serve as a central communication hub utilizing various platforms for collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced distribution or logistics setting.

• Knowledge of SQL and experience in wholesale distribution is preferred.

• Proficient in using internal systems like Encompass or possess a strong aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new systems.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address issues.

• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.

• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and a readiness to take initiative.

• A team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across various departments.

• Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
