📋 Description

• Assist the commercial team in optimizing vertical site performance to enhance revenue, utilizing AI agents and automated workflows to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement optimizations at a speed and scale that manual processes cannot achieve.

• Oversee campaigns across all channels for all verticals, ensuring that offers, promotions, and operator content are accurate, active, and tailored to user intent, employing AI-assisted tools to verify consistency, highlight discrepancies, and uphold accuracy amid a substantial volume of active content.

• Collaborate closely with the Commercial Operations Engineer to ensure that promotions are published correctly and on schedule across all relevant channels, including managing AI-driven publishing workflows and validating outputs prior to content going live.

• Work with content teams to guarantee that offers are accurately represented across all pertinent content and pages, utilizing AI tools to cross-verify live content against current operator data and flagging discrepancies for human assessment.

• Assist in executing campaigns across verticals, ensuring that user intent is optimized throughout, applying AI-derived insights and automated outputs as inputs to commercial decisions while also leveraging your own judgment to validate and take action on them.

• Oversee the daily monitoring of live AI agents across all commercial workflows, taking responsibility for their outputs and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with commercial objectives; this role involves both supervision and execution, with accountability for the agents' output.

• Perform tasks within established AI-powered workflows, upholding the quality standards defined by commercial leadership, and recognizing that your primary duty is to ensure that automated outputs meet the required standards before they impact commercial or user experiences.

• Engage in user testing for new workflows and agent features, providing structured commercial feedback to the Commercial Operations Engineer, including identifying misalignments between agent behavior and commercial intent, areas requiring excessive correction, and instances where automation genuinely adds value.

• Act as the primary line of quality review for all AI and workflow-driven outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance prior to content reaching live environments; this role involves being the human checkpoint between automated production and live publishing, taking this responsibility seriously.

• Support the Commercial Operations Engineer in overseeing quality assurance across all commercial channels, maintaining high standards, including developing a working understanding of reliable AI tools, their propensity for error, and methods for efficiently and rigorously reviewing their outputs.

• Ensure that all campaigns and commercial operations activities, including those produced or supported by AI agents, comply with industry policies, regulatory requirements, and advertising best practices; automated origins do not diminish compliance obligations.

• Report on revenue generated from campaigns and optimize accordingly in collaboration with the Commercial Operations Engineer and commercial leadership, employing AI-assisted reporting tools to aggregate and present data while applying commercial judgment to interpret findings and recommend actions.

• Monitor Slack channels and workflow dashboards to identify and address operational issues as they emerge, including detecting when an AI agent produces incorrect, inconsistent, or stalled outputs, and escalating or resolving these issues promptly.

• Maintain open communication with commercial leadership to ensure expectations are met and issues are escalated in a timely manner.

• Work closely with the Commercial Operations Engineer on workflow updates and new deployments, translating operational changes into everyday commercial actions.

• Utilize AI-enabled tools such as Claude, Lovable, n8n, JIRA, Confluence, Bloomreach, and Snowflake to assist with research, campaign execution, and reporting, enhancing efficiency and quality while applying professional judgment and human review.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a commercial operations, campaign management, or digital marketing coordination role, preferably within a digital media, affiliate, or online publishing environment.

• Hands-on experience coordinating campaigns across various channels, including managing promotional content, operator offers, and time-sensitive publishing workflows.

• Practical experience with AI-enabled tools in a professional context, such as Claude, n8n, Lovable, or similar, with the capability to monitor agent outputs and apply quality judgments to automated results.

• Experience working within established workflows and operational processes, maintaining output standards set by senior team members or leadership.

• Familiarity with quality assurance processes, reviewing content or campaign outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance before they are published.

• Experience in monitoring performance data and reporting on campaign or revenue metrics, with the ability to identify issues and optimize based on results.
