This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of high-volume commercial agreements, which include NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and amendments.
• Act as the main contact for contract intake, directing complex legal modifications to Legal counsel and financial discrepancies to Finance operations.
• Ensure meticulous record-keeping in our CRM system, maintaining high accuracy in all metadata fields (e.g., expiration dates, auto-renewal clauses, financial obligations, etc.).
• Serve as the internal administrator for our CRM platform by managing and updating customer accounts, opportunities, and contract data within Salesforce to maintain a "single source of truth".
• Identify inefficiencies in the current intake-to-execution pipeline and implement enhancements or automated workflows to expedite contract turnaround times.
• Create and maintain dashboards that track operational metrics such as contract cycle times, bottleneck stages, and contract volumes by territory/region.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports that highlight upcoming contract expirations, renewals, opt-out deadlines, and price escalation triggers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement, or commercial deal desk operations (ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Core Competencies
• Strong foundational knowledge of standard commercial legal terms (e.g., indemnification, limitation of liability, termination for convenience, data privacy).
• Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; capable of analyzing contract data, creating pivot tables, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities from proactive Sales teams, detail-oriented Legal teams, and risk-conscious Finance teams.
• Highly organized with the capability to independently lead process-improvement projects from conception to execution.
