This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.
• Assess and edit customer terms and conditions (T&Cs) along with various commercial and contractual documents.
• Ensure that the risk profile for GE aligns with the specific scope of supply and deal dynamics.
• Lead and conclude the contractual frameworks and industrial models while collaborating with all relevant stakeholders (Tax, Legal, Commercial Finance, Controllers, Operations, EHS).
• Accurately identify and record identified risks using the Risk Assessment Matrix tool and Salesforce Tool.
• Establish and manage Risk Review sessions to promote early engagement, strategy formulation, and necessary approvals, ensuring alignment with leadership.
• Oversee the ComOps and associated risk processes, including the application of tools and governance frameworks, to ensure consistent operations in ITO that comply with our policies, processes, and metrics, while ensuring the execution of agreed actions.
• Draft, discuss, and negotiate NDAs, Consortium Agreements, declaration forms, etc., with potential partners.
• Enhance commercial expertise within regional Commercial and Sales teams to ensure adherence to Grid risk policies and the implementation of standardized best practices.
• Support ITO teams by applying KPIs, challenging risk/opportunity assessments, and proposing mitigation strategies based on trend analysis, proposal post-mortems, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the Region Sales teams in strategy development to create compelling proposals that meet or surpass the region’s order and financial KPI goals.
• Facilitate and drive change management processes to enhance commercial workflows, reducing cycle times and costs while improving service quality.
• Assist in reviewing project terms and conditions from inquiry through to bid award.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Contract Management, Sales, Risk Mitigation, Tendering, Bid Management, or project management roles.
• Proven contractual and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic.
