This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining sales dashboards, reports, forecasting models, and tools.
• Collect reporting requirements from sales, finance, and other stakeholders, translating them into analytical specifications and deliverables.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to generate data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses on pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and historical trends.
• Clearly present findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data integrity and documentation across reporting tools as the data architecture evolves.
• Evaluate and pilot new reporting and AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Assist in sales operations projects and provide backup support for sales team requests.
• Help with the administration and optimization of Salesforce while ensuring data integrity related to reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify and refine business requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and other teams to enhance reporting processes and workflows.
• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, BI, FP&A, or a similar data-centric role.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Experience with at least one BI or visualization tool; Power BI is preferred, while Tableau or other tools are also accepted.
• Experience or ability in gathering requirements from business stakeholders and converting them into reporting deliverables.
• An analytical and inquisitive mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguous data challenges and proactively learning new tools and techniques.
• Willingness and capability to engage directly with sales stakeholders.
• Interest in applying AI and automation to reporting workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in or exposure to the healthcare industry is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.
