This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Recruitment and selection of sales professionals;
• Training, development, and management of the sales team;
• Monitoring team performance metrics;
• Establishing strategies to guide the team;
• Prospecting for new business opportunities and managing partner relationships;
• Creating commercial initiatives and incentive programs for the sales force;
• Assisting sales professionals in managing and maintaining client portfolios.
• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in recruiting and selecting sales professionals;
• Experience in prospecting and initiating new business;
• Experience in training, developing, and managing commercial teams;
• Active engagement on social media for sourcing candidates and clients;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Willingness to travel.

• Certifications or a postgraduate degree in management or related fields;
• Experience in the insurance sector, preferably in Life insurance;
• Technical knowledge of financial products and investments.
