This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide direct leadership for commercial engagement with medium to large private colleges;
• Coordinate and enhance strategic negotiations involving various stakeholders (institution owners/maintainers, rectors, financial and academic directors);
• Lead, support, and develop team consultants, ensuring consistent cadence, high-quality pipeline, and ongoing account development;
• Formulate commercial strategies and action plans to progress opportunities through the sales funnel;
• Monitor sales predictability, forecasts, and key metrics, ensuring disciplined use of CRM;
• Operate autonomously in managing strategic accounts and crucial commercial projects;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success (CS), and Operations to ensure alignment in the value proposition;
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, commercial strategies, and the team's operational efficiency.
• Significant experience in B2B consultative sales involving lengthy sales cycles and multiple decision-makers;
• Previous experience in leading teams;
• Extensive background with strategic accounts and high-stakes negotiations;
• Strong analytical skills and strategic vision for managing pipeline, forecasting, and prioritizing tasks;
• Excellent communicator with executive presence and negotiation capabilities across organizational levels;
• Experience with sales predictability and disciplined CRM usage (Salesforce experience is a plus);
• High organizational skills, autonomy, and a consistent focus on results;
• Willingness to travel domestically;
• Strong communication skills, active listening capabilities, and the ability to mentor others;
• Ownership mentality, independence, and decisiveness;
• Energetic and proactive in a dynamic environment, with the initiative to suggest improvements and new strategies;
