This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

• Executing commercial procedures to ensure the fulfillment of contractual rights.

• Implementing Group commercial procedures for cost capturing, valuation, procurement, and reporting.

• Overseeing Subcontractor accounts in accordance with the established subcontract agreements.

• Compiling commercial reports, including Cost Value Reconciliations and cash flow statements.

• Setting up agreed benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Contract.

• Proven experience in Stakeholder management.

• Background in a similar position.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Strong commercial and financial insight.

• Preferably qualified with a relevant degree (RICS accredited or equivalent).

• Experience in Quantity Surveying at a senior level.

• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
