Commercial Loan Closer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for all tasks and challenges associated with the assigned role.

• Ensure that requests for commercial loan documents are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Loan Assistants, Credit Administration, and Settlement Agents.

• Complete due diligence on closing requests and prepare loan closing documents using LaserPro.

• Provide closing documents to the Settlement Agent or branch in line with established SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• One to three years of experience in commercial loan documentation is necessary.

• Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with nCino and LaserPro is preferred.
