📋 Description

• Evaluate conflicts in legal issues, provide clients with advisory solutions, and negotiate on their behalf.

• Oversee litigation processes and manage relationships with outside counsel.

• Collaborate with internal client teams to offer guidance and assistance on various corporate policies and litigation concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial and/or consumer litigation within a corporate setting.

• Capability to work remotely on a full-time basis for corporate clients, assisting in the resolution of internal litigation matters.

• Must hold an active bar license in the state of residence.
