Commercial Lines Client Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supporting producers and clients in ensuring insurance coverage for commercial lines of insurance.

• Managing the processing and invoicing of policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.

• Engaging with small to mid-sized accounts for large franchise groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing is preferred.

• An active Property and Casualty license is required (the company will assist the candidate in obtaining licensure if necessary).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.

• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred, but familiarity with a similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable.
